With Christmas coming in full force, if you’re purchasing equipment for a Christmas gift, please ensure you think ahead as we don’t want last minute orders to miss out before the 25th! Processing and packing timeframes are approximately as follows for in-stock products:
Hardware: 1-5 business days
Lyras: 1-5 business days
Hammocks & shorter length silks*: 1-8 business days
Nets, Poles: 1-5 business days
Trapeze: 1-5 business days
Rigs: 1-5 business days
Longer silks lengths (12+m): 10 days (longer lengths are cut per order and as we cut many silks per day, this timeframe reflects the current processing queue.)
If the product listing says backorder, this means we are re-stocking within the next 2 weeks and will be sent when available, however feel free to order to ensure your product incase the next manufacture sells out.
*For all silks and hammocks, most colours are in immediate stock, however some colours sell out much faster than others and will need to be custom cut. If you would like to absolutely guarantee a quick dispatch, please email us at [email protected] and let us know what colour you’re interested in, we’ll get back to you asap on stock levels. This is a good idea for any product to guarantee quick dispatch as there’s so many variable options of products. If your item isn’t in immediate stock, please ensure you allow around 10 business days for your order to be shipped out.
As a general rule, we recommend placing Christmas orders for instock products by the 10th of December.
Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for your courier or Australia Post delivery – as they are extremely busy too with unprecedented levels of online orders in general, however we recommend checking your states delivery timeframe before ordering. We ship from QLD.
